Announcing the Arrival of Little Bits

Here is our newest bundle of joy!! She was born on Monday 01/11/10 at 10:55am. She was 7lbs 12oz and 20in long!

October Birthday's

Both hubby and his brother have October birthdays. We (our immediate family) celebrated hubby's by making him a special dinner and spending time together as a family on the actual day. However, his parents and siblings wanted to celebrate both birthdays. So we planned a family gathering on the 31st to celebrate their birthdays and to watch the Duck game. We had good food and fellowship and got to watch the Ducks kick USC's butt!! Here is the cake I made for the event. I couldn't find goal posts anywhere in town, so hubby borrowed Peanuts K'nex and made some for me. It turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself :o)

Peanut's Birthday

I realized I never got around to posting Peanuts birthday pictures (sigh), so here they are. She turned 4 (yikes!) earlier this month. She's very into horses right now, so we had a pony party at the barn, she LOVED it!

Here is a picture of the cake I made her. I had to borrow some of her playmobil to decorate, lol.

One of the activities of the Pony Party was to do various rodeo events on stick ponies. Here she is making her Flag Run.

Here she is pinning the tail on the donkey.

And here she is on Mini Me. This is the horse she rides for lessons also.

Overall, it was a really fun day (even with the thunderstorm ragging overhead!) :o)

We decided to celebrate the June birthdays together this year. So we celebrated Munchkin's, my brothers and my birthdays in one big celebration. Here are a few pictures.
